The DEHNpatch ( CAT 6 patch cable) is the first of its kind to utilize a new surge arrester as a patch cable making its design revolutionary. Not only does it allow you to equip new installations with ease, retrofitting existing installations are fast and easy. The DEHNpatch is simply plugged in between the patch panel and the active component, replacing conventional CAT 6 patch cable.

The DEHNpatch surge protected ethernet patch cable is for Cat 6 applications up to 48V. Provides surge protection of all pairs with heavy duty gas discharge tubes and a low capacitance diode matrix per pair. Fully shielded universal surge arrester ideal for use in ethernet, Gigabit ethernet, ATM, ISDN, Voice over IP (VoIP) and even Power over Ethernet (PoE) applications. Can be din rail mounted (see mounting set for 19" rack applications) or wall mounted with included supporting foot.
